Jason earned a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Physical Therapy from Arkansas State University and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He is a licensed Physical Therapist.
Jason has certifications in Level 1 and 2 of Hippotherapy
Jason and his wife Jennifer have owned Jumping Jelly Beans Pediatric Therapy Company since 2009. As the owner of JJB, Jason has his hand in many different areas of the company! From pay roll to hiring and all things in between. Jason is also able to continue being a part of the therapy process when he is not working the administrative side. Jason and Jennifer have a son, Braxton and a daughter, Finley. In his spare time he enjoys watching his kids play sports!

Jennifer Gardner
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST/OWNER
Jennifer earned a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist.
Jennifer is certified in Handwriting Without Tears and Connections OG in 3D Dyslexia Program.
Jennifer has worked with children from Birth to 18-years-old and loves the energy kids offer and inserting her creativity into each therapy session. She is married with 2 children and resides in Jonesboro. Together with her husband, Jason, she owns, operates and provides therapy at Jumping Jelly Beans Pediatric Therapy.
Jennifer loves painting, gardening, wood working, and travelling. Jennifer is passionate about her family and loves spending time with them.
Suzanne Roach
SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST/THERAPY DIRECTOR
Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and Master of Communication Disorders from Arkansas State University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association and an Arkansas state license in Speech and Language Pathology.
Suzanne and her husband Craig have one son, Owen. They live in Jonesboro, AR.
Suzanne serves as the Therapy Director and is able to still participate in providing therapy to children. In her role as Therapy Director, Suzanne manages all therapists at JJB by providing support and guidance for all things involved in therapy. She also works in billing and fulfills other administrative tasks. She has worked with children in a variety of settings which include inpatient, outpatient and school based facilities. She loves seeing the progress her clients make in therapy and loves all the funny things kids say.
In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys watching her son play sports, spending time with friends, exercising, and going to the movies.
Becca Brooks
REGISTERED NURSE/PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Becca earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University. She is a licensed and registered Nurse.
Becca ‘s role as Patient Care Coordinator keeps her busy with managing patients from referral to treatment and all the paperwork that goes with it. She is able to answer questions for parents about insurance, the process to qualify for therapy and scheduling.
Becca and her husband, Jeremy, have two sons, Barrett and Branson. They live in Jonesboro. She enjoys watching her sons play sports, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
Becca has worked with children with special needs in several settings including inpatient, outpatient, and mental health facilities. She enjoys being the point person between the pediatrician, family, and therapists to help our clients get the services they need to grow and improve.
Lauren Rowe
PHYSICAL THERAPIST/PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Lauren earned a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arkansas State University. She is a licensed Physical Therapist.
Lauren serves as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is able to connect patients with therapists for evaluations, work to get patients scheduled and make sure their paperwork is in order for services among many other duties. Lauren also serves as a Service Coordinator through the First Connections program.
Lauren is married to husband, Matthew Rowe and together they have a son, Noah and a daughter, Blakely.
Lauren loves going to the park, spending time with friends and family, going camping and being outdoors.
“I chose to work in pediatrics, because I wanted to help kids be the best version of themselves and improve physical impairments while providing fun exercises in a playful environment. Helping the kids stay on track with their developmental milestones and showing them lots of love along the way.”
Jordan Lawrence
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT/SERVICE COORDINATOR
Jordan earned an Associate of Applied Science in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Arkansas State University. She is a certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant.
When Jordan is not providing therapy to kids, she serves as a Service Coordinator throuhg the First Connections Program.
Jordan is married to Mike and loves being a mom to their two children Camdyn and Griffin. They also love their two dogs, Violet and Rowan.
Jordan loves spending time with her family and dogs. She also loves being an active part of her church family.

Lindy Gage
SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST/MARKETING COORDINATOR
Lindy earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Arkansas State University and Master of Science in Speech and Language Pathology from Harding University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence and an Arkansas state license in Speech and Language Pathology.
When Lindy is not providing therapy to kids, she is working on the marketing side of JJB. She runs the social media, website, and participates in community events.
Lindy has a husband, Kellen and they share one child, Henry. They love to travel, spend time with family, and are active in church.

Shelby Lovins
SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Shelby earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master in Communication Disorders from Arkansas State University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence and an Arkansas state license in Speech and Language Pathology.
Shelby has participated in training for Beckman Oral Motor Technique, Shaker Swallowing and Feeding and Talk Tools Oral Motor.
Shelby is married to Brian and they have three children, Addyson, Aubree, and Mason.

Jenni earned a Masters Degree of Special Education and Masters of Communication Disorders from Arkansas State University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech and Language Pathology.
Jenni has earned specialized training in the following areas: PECS, PROMPT, Debra Beckman, LAMP, Shaker Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing Techniques, Passy Muir Speaking Valves.
Jenni is married to her husband Chance and they share two children, Clayton and Carly. Her hobbies include cooking, shopping, traveling, and running.

Laura Arnold
SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Laura earned a Bachelors of Science and a Masters in Communication Disorders from Arkansas State University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence and Arkansas state license in Speech and Language Pathology.
Laura has worked exclusively in pediatrics in both the early intervention and school-aged populations through private practice since graduating, as well as a Speech and Language Pathology Assistant prior to graduate school. Laura has also been associated with the Boys and Girls Club and YMCA. She especially enjoys serving children on the Autism spectrum.
Laura lives in Jonesboro with her husband Logan, and their son Halston. Their family enjoys traveling and trips to Disney World.
Hope Higgenbotham
Hope earned a Bachelor of Communication Disorders with a Minor in Psychology and a Master of Communication Disorders from Arkansas State University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence and a state license in Speech and Language Pathology.
Hope has received training in Beckman Oral Motor.
Hope lives with her best-furiends, Ollie and Avery! She enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

Laura Keller
SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Harding University and a Masters in Communication Disorders from Arkansas State University.
Laura has received trainings in the following programs SCERTS: Multidisciplinary framework that directly addresses the core challenges faced by children and persons with ASD and their families. LAMP: Therapeutic approach based on neurological and motor learning principles. SOS [Sequential Oral Sensory Approach]: A transdisciplinary program for assessing and treating children with feeding difficulties.
Laura and her husband Rusty have one daugher, Lainey and one son, Rhett. As a family they enjoy caring for their animals: 2 Australian Shepherds, 3 Cats, 1 Miniature Donkey, 1 Miniature Horse and a cattle farm.

Sydney Davis

Sydney and her husband, TJ, live in Steele, Missouri. In her free time she enjoys shopping, reading, cooking and traveling to the beach.

Callie Brown

Callie earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arkansas State University. She is a licensed Physical Therapist.
Callie and her husband, Chris, live in Blytheville with their daughters, Nora and Baylor.
Callie enjoys spending time with family, reading, traveling, and being part of her church family.

Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Communication Disorders and a Master of Communication Disorders from Arkansas State University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence and a state license in Speech and Language Pathology.
Lindsey has participated in training for Beckman Oral Motor Approach and is certified in Vitalstim.
Lindsey and her husband Micheal share one daughter, Mila. Lindsey enjoys shopping and hanging out with her family.
Alicia Hadley
PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Alicia earned a Bachelors degree with a Major in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry from Lipscomb University. She also earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Belmont University. She is a licensed Physical Therapist.
Alicia specializes in kinesiotaping and leukotaping to improve muscle activation as well as structural control.
Alicia resides in Jonesboro with her husband Eric and their four daughters Emma, Sophie, Sloane and Harper. Alicia and her husband are both healthcare professionals and love to serve their community!
Alicia states she has always had a love for children. She truly believes that pediatrics is the most rewarding age group to treat in physical therapy. “There are no true words to describe the amazing emotions felt when you help a child walk for the first time or you help a child become independent and keep up with their peers.”
Candace Chapman

Candace earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arkansas State University. She is a licensed Physical Therapist.
Candace has worked primarily in pediatrics since graduating from college. Candace and her husband are both pediatric physical therapists. They share a daughter, Ella. As a family they love to travel and enjoy new experiences! Candace hopes to one day be certified in Neuro-Developmental Techniques.

Ashlyn and her fiance live in Jonesboro. She enjoys visiting Kansas City where she grew up and her family still lives.

Meshell earned an Associates of Applied Science in the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Arkansas State University. She is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and a certified Developmental Therapy Assistant.
Meshell has received training in the Ready Body Learning Minds Training and implements it in her therapy sessions.
Meshell is married to Terry Gipson. She has 3 amazing children Grant, Maycie and Miley, one wonderful daughter-in-law Toshia, a son-in-law Bryce, a sweet grandson Gavin and a sweet granddaughter Ellie. Meshell enjoys attending her family’s sporting events, spending time with family and friends and gardening.

Mary Alldread

Mary earned a Master of Occupational Therapy from The University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist.
Mary has been practicing within the pediatric setting for over 10 years and has seen a variety of diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Failure To Thrive, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, and various hand injuries. Mary has been works part-time with Jumping Jelly Beans Pediatric Therapy. Her primary interests within the field of occupational therapy include feeding therapy, handwriting, and sensory processing.
When Mary is not loving on kiddos she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Kile, and family in Mississippi, running, playing her dog Rascal, baking for the JJB team and rooting for the Mississippi State Bulldogs!
Sarah Smith

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Arkansas and a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Arkansas State University. She is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, her dog Jude, going to the lake, cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks, and being creative!

Raegan Avrit

Raegan earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and a Minor in Psychology from California State University Monterey Bay. She earned a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist.
Raegan and her boyfriend, Kale live in Jonesboro, AR and share an adorable puppy named Teddy. They enjoy spending time together and traveling.
